Prior to founding Neuron Sports Ventures, Minegar was EVP/COO for the Arizona Cardinals Football Club and was responsible for developing the organization’s annual strategic plan and overseeing all aspects of the Cardinals business operations. He also interfaced with the club’s owner, general manager and head football coach on football operational issues related to the team. During his tenure the Cardinals sold out every game ever played at State Farm Stadium since it opened in 2006 and consistently ranked amongst the elite teams as measured by the NFL's annual "Voice of the Fans" market research study. Minegar was the primary business representative for the Arizona Cardinals on the stadium project team during the design and construction of State Farm Stadium and was the team's primary point of contact with the Arizona Sports and Tourism Authority and the stadium's facility management firm on business and operational issues. Minegar maintains an active role in the community and served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Arizona Chamber of Commerce and Industry and is the past Vice Chairman of Marketing for the Board's Executive Committee as well as past Chairman of the Energy Committee. Minegar is a past member of the Fiesta Bowl Board of Directors and served on its Strategic Planning Working Group as well as the Budget & Finance Committee. Additionally, he served on the Board of Directors for the Phoenix Final Four Local Organizing Committee and has previously been involved with the Arizona Organizing Committee for the 2016 College Football National Championship Game as well as the Arizona Super Bowl Host Committee. Prior to joining the Cardinals, Minegar served as Vice President, Sales and Marketing for Anaheim Sports, Inc., a division of the Walt Disney Corporation. Originally hired to direct marketing and sales for the Anaheim Angels, Minegar ultimately assumed the additional responsibility of overseeing the marketing and sales efforts for the Mighty Ducks of Anaheim.

Certified Contract Advisor negotiated contracts for NFL players, executives and coaches since 1986. Learned the business from NFL GM's, Head Coaches and Presidents in the 80's and 90's giving him the unique perspective from both sides of the table. He has represented dozens of 1st round NFL DRAFT picks (including 1st, 2nd, 6th, 8th & 9th overall picks) as well as Hall of Famers, Pro Bowlers, NFL Head Coaches, Coordinators, position coaches, college coaches and executives. He has handled endorsement and marketing contracts for hundreds of athletes with Nike, Adidas, Underarmour, Reebok, Wheaties, Fathead, Campbell's Soup, Hershey's and dozens of other companies. He has managed and negotiated golf events, camps/clinics and sponsorship deals for athletes, celebrities and coaches.

Shawn Slocum is an American Football Coach with 34 years of experience. He was the Special Teams Coordinator for the Green Bay Packers and a 2011 Super Bowl Champion. While Slocum spent 9 seasons in the NFL, he also coached in college at Pittsburgh, Texas A&M, U of Southern California, Ole Miss and Arizona State. He coached numerous All-Americans, Draft Picks and Major Award Winners. He is a graduate and letterman in football at Texas A&M with a degree in Construction Management. Slocum spent 2 years out of football and built a home building business, constructing 30 homes. Slocum is involved in several sports related ventures including professional sports acquisitions. Slocum’s father is College Football Hall of Fame member, R.C. Slocum, 14 years as Head Coach at Texas A&M.
